Zeus

Zeus (Larken) was adopted into the Carlson/Bedford family in late February and is now a very essential part of the family. He is a very active and friendly puppy. He loves a lot of attention and is photographed constantly. He like to chew on anything and sometimes that includes the cats in our house. We are so happy with our pup and love him so much!!!!!!

Mac

Terry,
Well, we have nearly survived our first year with our little tazmanian devil….it has been interesting.

Jim and I were thinking as he has passed the one year mark (guessing he was 1 year old around April 15th), we thought you might enjoy seeing how he has turned out? If that's true we'd love to take a drive up either a Saturday or a Sunday and bring him for you to see. He is a piece of work indeed.

I continue with obedience classes (not that I see any in evidence), and also have him taking agility classes……just what a little devil needs, AGILITY.

If indeed you would like to get a look see, let me know what week-end would be good for you.

Buddy and Judy

This picture is so cute. Judy the white dog we brought home from hurricane Katrina and Buddy the white and brown dog is from Magnificent Mutts!!! Of course we were in the car, stopped at Culvers for Ice Cream and they got to split a dish. YUM, do you THINK they were excited!!!

After 14 years of Judy and my dog Sly where together, I had to put Sly down. Judy seemed very lonely, even though she is kind of a loner. She just likes to know someone is with her when we are gone, so I decided to get a Dog from Mat Mutts, since they are a great rescue group!!! I picked an elder dog since they are harder to adopt out and they need the love and home just like the younger dogs.

After a very rough start and working with Buddy to acclimate him to a new house after 11 years of living a life with his owner and then loosing her. Buddy is in dog training and learning how to deal with a farm and other animals running around. All this is new to him and it is harder to teach an old dog new tricks but with time, discipline and correct training, he is much better and getting better every day!!!

Even though Judy and Buddy don't really play together, they just know they have someone else there when we are gone. Judy does not seem so depressed knowing Buddy is here with her.

Just remember, OLDER dogs need love too, they can adapt but may just take a little longer and help with trainers that know how to deal with problems HELPS so much, where old or new a DOG is really your best friend.

Buddy is so happy all the time now. He did take some time to adapt and still is but he is HAPPY and has a good home.

Kylie Meadow Pup

This is Kylie (montana, meadows pup). We got her last August. we're enjoying every minute of her. She friendly and playful. She keeps us on the go, with her endless energy. She loves the frisbee and running after the balls. She can be very stubborn and has a strong mind of her own. She is in her second class of dog training ( I mean we're in TRAINING! ) We saw her sister Fiscal 's posting on the web site, we were so excited we hope to see all the dogs from the litter , thanks to Fiscal 's mom. We hope it works out. Also thanks to magnificent mutts rescue for giving us such a nice addition to our family.
