We have had Bear for a little over a month now and are completely enamoured with our new family member. He was a little shy at first, but has come out of his shell and is such a sweet and funny boy. He sometimes lays his big "Monster Head" in my lap and lets me give him massges by his ears. We have had the best time at the dog park in Hinsdale and the dog beach downtown. He loves to run (which is great motivation for me). We still aren't certain what his mix is exactly, our vet said possbily Newfie/Malamute and our dog trainer said possbily Newfie/Belgian Sheppard. Everyone that meets Bear says how handsome and sweet he is and tries to guess what he might be. It is fun to speculate, but whatever he is, he is just wonderful. We are truly blessed to have found such a wonderful pet to love.
