Buzz aka Luigi

Hi Amy,

Just wanted to give you an update on our BUZZ!

Currently he weight about 6 pounds and is living a good life! Pictured below
with his best buddy, our Golden Callie relaxing together on our screen in
porch.

Buzz adapted perfectly and now has the full run of the house and even finds
his way to the basement litter box.

He snuggles nightly next to Callie at the foot of my bed. Sleeps all night
cause he is so Busy during the day and daily brings a smile into our lives
with his adorable loving personality. He learned quickly what NO means and
charms us with his different Meows!

He's on Frontline (will always be an indoor cat), takes heart guard and is
scheduled this coming Monday to be neutered at the Elmhurst Animal Clinic
(which I will forward necessary proof to u after surgery).

Hope this info brings a Smile :) to your face!

Thanks again for rescuing him and we are grateful to have found your rescue
Group.

Mia The Shepard Mix

My grandfather adopted Mia and she quickly grabbed the hearts of not only him but our entire family. She is sweet with my dog and even the 4 toddlers in our family! She loved going on vacation with us to our cabin in Wisconsin and loves sitting next to campfires. Mia will live out the rest of her life with a family that adores her and she will never be left behind to starve like her old family did to her. Thank you Magnificent Mutts Rescue (and volunteer Wayne) for saving her from her old life and giving her a new life with us! She is a spoiled girl!

Mia and Kona

Our former foster girl Mia with her furry sibling Kona. Mia wanted to let her her Magnificent Mutts foster family know that she and her furry brother Kona now have a BIG fenced in backyard to run around and play in. Thanks for the update sweet Mia, we are so happy that you found the most amazing forever family. = )

Chip

Chip was adopted July 2011, a mere 25 pounds at 5 months--he is now 85 pounds and the recipient of the Canine Good Citizen award through the AKC today. He will work as a therapy dog with children that I see as a psychotherapist. In one year, he went from homeless to gainfully employed with a family! We are very blessed to have him!

Nina

Nina was rescued 1 year ago from a shelter probably today or tomorrow, as she started her vaccines on Aug 13th. I brought her home on Sept 29th. What a difference a year makes. Nina & I are so thankful for Magnificent Mutts!

Ginger aka Connie

Hi Michelle,

We renamed Ginger "Connie Mae West-Pesz" because we think she looks like a little Irish red headed girl! We just love her so much.
She is doing better. The last few days she has been eating well and drinking. She has her days when she does not feel well but it will just take time for her to be all better. It takes about 6 months from the time she had her first treatment for the Heart worm before she can really run and play. We have to keep her quiet but since she feels better she is a little stinker and she wants to run and play but the Vet said no. So we will wait it out. She loves to dig holes and chase squirrels. She is the most well behaved dog. So sweet and obedient. It seems that someone has trained her because she is so smart and knows all the commands...sit...stay and so on. Well you know, you had her too.
Thanks for giving us such a joy. I still miss my little chihuahua very much but Ginger/Connie has helped me with the sad feelings and I feel so much better because I have her to focus on and to love.
Just wanted to update you.

Happy Tail

Just an update...this is Faith and Parker (you knew them as Anya and Villa Parker) Both adopted from Magnificent Mutts! Both are doing great. They are able to visit each other occasionally, too! This was taken a little while ago, but I wanted to share. Faith is now 8 months old and a crazy girl getting into lots of trouble but such a sweetie pie. Her purr is so loud that I sometimes think it is a kitchen appliance left on! Parker is thriving, too. She is loving to those that see her often and loves her brother, Riley.

Happy Tail

Big thanks to Kate and Kim for taking such good care of her. She's super
friendly and good natured, and it's easy to see that she got a lot of love from
you. No adjustment period was needed, as she settled in immediately.

2-1/4 pounds as of last Saturday's checkup and in good health.

Loki aka Sadie

Sadie, now Loki, is doing great. She is starting to realize she is home forever. She plays with toys and loves to unroll rolls of toilet paper. We take lots of walks and she has a few dog friends already. She also loves bedtime and has to sleep right inbetween us so we can both pet her. She makes us laugh everyday and she is very happy.
