Remy and Lulu

We adopted Remy and Lulu (formerly Remy Sue and Allie Lou) at the Adoption event at the Walter Payton Roundhouse. We love our new pups! They are adjusting well to their new home. They love the attention they are getting and will work hard for a milk bone treat!
Lulu (the spotted one) is a calm, relaxed pup who loves to snuggle in your lap. Her favorite thing to do is play frisbee in the backyard. Remy (the black one) is very smart and very active. Remy's favorite thing to do is play soccer. The pups get along very well. They love to chase each other around the house and play tug of war together.
We hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year and the puppies behaved perfectly. They did not bark and allowed others to hold them without a problem.
Thanks to Magnificent Mutts for bringing these puppies into our lives!

  2. Hello Hannah,
Thank you so much for your comment! We are so happy to hear from you, also. It took a lot of convincing to get our mom to agree on adopting both Remy and Lulu, but now after seeing how they act and play with each other we know that it was a great idea to adopt them both! They absolutely love having each other to play with, and at the end of the day they cuddle up together on their big pillow. They really do love having each other around.
We were wondering if you could answer a few questions for us: Do you have any pictures of them after they had been rescued? Did their brother have a name, do you know how he is doing now, do you have any pictures of him?
We would love to hear from you again!

  4. I am not able to post my pictures of Remy, Lulu and Bear here. I have tried three times. Bear is the brother. He looked just like Remy and they use to play wrestle all the time. Little Lulu would just lay back and watch only getting into the play when they wouldn't leave her alone. Bear and Remy's tail was only about 1 1/2 inches long. Bear's is growing, what about Remy's? Bear lives with my brother's girlfriend and her family and he has a beagle for a playmate. He has a huge appetite and loves it when she takes him to her granddad's farm to play. I also have current pictures of Bear as well as pictures of the three of them when we had them.
If it hadn't been for Lulu my brother would never have seen them. He was coming home and something in the ditch on the side of the road caught his eye, it was Lulu popping her head up. He pulled over and went to Lulu and then Bear came out and then Remy came walking out.
Hope to hear from you soon!
